Wedding Wednesday

Wow I practically had to wipe the dust of this old blog.  It has been a while since I've posted so I thought I would start off with a little Wedding Wednesday.  While I was home for spring break we had Lexi's wedding shower at my house.  For the wedding shower we had a little fashion show and here are some picks of the "after party."

Happy Day

Today was a good day.  It was beautiful outside, I got to go on a bike ride with Vanessa, me and Vanessa ate at our fave restaurant AND MY WEBSITE IS UP AND RUNNING! 

If you couldn't tell, I am super excited about my website and its progress.  By no means is it perfect or even complete, but I just couldn't wait to share all of my new and favorite images with all of you before I come home for spring break. 

I still have A TON of images to add, so check back often!!!  I will still continue to blog pictures and things that are going on in my life so don't forget to still check this!

Wedding Wednesday

Heyyyyy everyone!  Wow have I been busy this week!!!!  And only two days till I get to come home for Spring break!!!   Things are going well, I'm just trying to finish up my personal submissions (7 photos that we have free reign on plus one self portrait)  and I have also been trying to get my website up and running.  Its been alot longer process than I thought it would be, but I hope to get it up on Friday!

This week's wedding wednesday features Ali and Joel.  I really enjoyed this wedding because I not only got to photograph the groom getting ready, but also the  bride!!!  So here are a few of Ali getting ready...

And if you're wondering why I'm posting this so late, it's because yes, I am still at school.

Yay for Friday!

One week till I get to go home!!!!  My spring break is gonna be crazy busy and go by crazy fast!  I have to start and complete a slideshow for Lexi and Nathan's wedding, make a trip to Fargo, assist TWO photographers, attend both of Lexi's wedding showers and try and spend as much time with friends and family!  Uffta!  I'm exhausted just thinking about it.  But I won't have to travel with nearly as much equipment as I did for Christmas break, so that's a good thing.  Well have a good weekend everyone!!!  I'm going to try and knock out my self portrait I have to do.  Have any good ideas for me??

20 years!

Today is my 20th birthday.  That sounds weird.  20.  Twenty.  Two-zero.  I've got Happy Birthday sung to me once, and Vanessa even gave me my own little cake!  I'm not doing anything too special, just supper pry pry.

Wedding Wednesday

You all probably noticed the major change in my blog layout.  I am struggling to find a template I like.  I really just want to customize it more and so I'm in the process of figuring out HOW to do that.  So what do you guys think of the new layout?  Did you like the other one better??

So today I had my Phase III conference and it went super well!  I have been shooting like crazy lately and I wish I could share all of my new stuff with you right now, but i will have to wait a couple weeks until after I hand it in.  I feel with every new shoot, I like the pictures more and more.

Phase III Mandatories

Hey all.  So I am going to begin to post my Phase III Mandatories.  First up, is the PR shot and alternative.  For this we were asked to take a PR shot of a person, and then shoot a TOTALLY different shot with the same person.  My model, Alicia, was great!!!!  I liked how the photos turned out, but I still would've liked them more if they were outside or something.  I am just not a fan of the stupid portrait studio.  Grrrr.....

Oh. My. Gosh.  Today I found THE cutest shoes EVER.  I absolutely NEED these.  I don't know how I've lived my life thus far without them.  Wouldn't they be perfect for Lexi's wedding?????    Well anyway I wear size 10 (hint, hint).
